The rent starts from 308€ for a small room. A medium-sized room costs between 363€ and a big room costs 380€ per month including all additional charges (electricity, water, heating, waste disposal, internet access and bedspread and pillow, Bed linen is not included).
Guests who stay for only some months have to pay an additional fee of 35€ per month.
